Privacy

In short

Aspheris collects no personal data about you: no accounts, no online leaderboard, no ads, no profiling and no cookies. We sell no data. Everyone, including children, can play fully.

Controller

Jacek Mariusz Taczała (a private person who made the game for the joy of it, free for everyone), contact: kontakt@stop60.no.

Data on your device

Only your chosen language is stored in the browser (localStorage) on this device – key zs_lang. It is never sent to us and is strictly necessary for that feature. The motion sensor (tilt) is read only in the browser to steer the orb; no sensor data is stored or sent.

Anonymous statistics (GoatCounter)

We count visits with GoatCounter without cookies: page and referrer, browser and OS, language, screen width and country (derived from the IP address). IP address and browser are used only in server memory (up to 8 hours) to count unique visits; only aggregate numbers are stored. Purpose: knowing how many people play. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Opt out: block scripts, or open the game with #toggle-goatcounter at the end of the address.

Recipients

GoatCounter (Martin Tournoij, Ireland) – statistics, EU servers. GitHub, Inc. (USA) – hosting via GitHub Pages; GitHub may log IP address and browser data (EU–US Data Privacy Framework). Email to kontakt@stop60.no is forwarded by ImprovMX Inc. (USA) to Proton AG (Switzerland). Three.js ships with the game; no external script or font services.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection. Write to kontakt@stop60.no. You can complain to Datatilsynet (Norway), UODO (Poland) or the ICO (UK). In the USA we collect no personal data from children (COPPA) and sell no data.

Health

Warning: the game has strong light effects and flashes (e.g. at the portal). Take breaks, and do not play if you are sensitive to flashing light.
